Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Jarvix (“we”, jarvix.me) collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions: ai@jarvix.me.

What we collect

• Account data — your email, name and profile photo (for example from Google sign-in), and the profile details you add.
• Your content — prompts, images, videos, music, articles, posts, tasks, projects and files you create or upload.
• Usage data — credit balance and history, basic logs needed to run, secure and improve the service.
• Payments — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Private messages

Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted on your devices. We store only encrypted data and cannot read your messages.

How we use it

• To provide the service: generate content, save your works, run your AI agents and tasks.
• To keep accounts safe, prevent abuse and fraud, and enforce our Terms.
• To answer support requests and send important service messages.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private content to train our own models.

AI providers

To create results, your prompts and reference files are sent to the AI model providers we work with (for example via OpenRouter, kie.ai and fal.ai). They process the data only to return the result. Content you mark as public is visible to other users in the feed and on your page.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember settings such as the theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete works at any time, download a copy of your data in Settings → Data & privacy, and request deletion of your account there or by email. Backups are removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Jarvix is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law).

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will notify you on the site or by email.
