Refund Policy

Failed generations

If a generation fails or doesn’t start, the credits are returned to your balance automatically — usually within minutes, at most within 30 minutes.

Credit purchases

Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within 14 days of payment. Write to ai@jarvix.me from your account email.

Monthly plans

You can cancel anytime in Settings → Credits & billing; you keep access until the end of the paid month and won’t be charged again. If you forgot to cancel and haven’t used any credits from the new period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal for a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
