Terms of Service

By using Jarvix (jarvix.me) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. Contact: ai@jarvix.me.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you notice unauthorised use.

Credits and plans

• Generations and AI work are paid with credits (1 credit = 1¢). The price is shown before you start.
• Failed generations are refunded automatically.
• Monthly plans renew automatically and add credits each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred, except as gifts inside Jarvix.

Your content

You own the content you create with Jarvix, to the extent allowed by law and by the terms of the AI models used. You give us the permission needed to store, process and show your content to run the service — and to display content you make public in the feed and on your page. You can make works private or delete them at any time.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• No impersonation of real people or deceptive deepfakes, no spam or malware.
• No advertising of competing services in the community, and no attempts to break, overload or misuse the platform.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

AI results can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review them before relying on them, especially for important decisions.

Service changes

We continuously improve Jarvix and may add, change or remove features and models.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you in advance.
